Free In-house consultation and design, including CAD concept presentation for your viewing.

Designs can be provided to you for review in person or via email or fax.

All designs follow manufacturers engineering specifications, and meet or exceed city and county building code requirements.

Full manufacturers engineering packages also available for your review.

 

We can prepare and submit all necessary documentation to your architechtural review committee to obtain your  HOA approval on your behalf.

City building permits and documentation also prepared and submitted through Southwest Awnings, Inc.  In most cases we also schedule the final inspection on your behalf. (Customer pays city assessed permit fee.)

If you prefer to complete and submit your own plans to your Homeowners Association for approval, we will gladly provide the necessary documentation, as well as providing the following links to many of the areas Management Companies for your convenience. Please see links below.
